"The property is full of character, clean and spacious rooms. But the elevator doesn't go up to all the rooms, there are stairs part of the way. The most difficult part was the parking, which is outside the city walls like a mile and a half away. No uber, taxi needs to be reserved the day before or 4 hours in advance. We made it work, but would not stay there again!"

"Fantastic location just outside the city wall. We were just steps away from the medieval heart of Rothenburg, and everything was withing easy walking distance. The room was spacious and modern (maybe a bit too modern--ask how the lights work before you get trapped in pitch black room). Breakfast was excellent. "This property was the best place we have stayed so far on our trip to Europe. The room was exceptional. Every staff member we had contact with were the best. They treated us as if we were best friends. They were informative about the Hotel which is in an eight hundred year old building, but renovated to modern standers. Walking distance to anything you could ask for. Parking was a little tricky getting to it behind the Hotel but easily managed. We will be back. "
