"I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience thanks to the exceptional service provided by the manager, Jessica Tawwater. From the moment I arrived, Jessica was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. Her attention to detail and dedication to ensuring my stay was comfortable did not go unnoticed. I truly appreciate her efforts in making my stay memorable. I highly recommend this hotel and commend Jessica for her outstanding hospitality"
"The hotel is quite dated but if you need a place to stay and don’t want to pay the $75/day resort fees at or around lake Geneva, this place will be just fine. The lobby and pool area was very clean and the breakfast was decent. No complaints. "
