Very nice, large room conveniently located to downtown Burlington
Host was available and gracious. Room met my needs perfectly as I was gone most of the day. The host acknowledged the room was an addition so it was not perfectly well-heated. No problem for me but might be if I had wanted to work while I was there. I would definitely stay there again and would recommend to anyone looking for a reasonable place to stay in Burlington.

Quick stop in Burlington
My wife and I stayed 2 nights on a roadtrip. The host was very friendly and welcomed us to her home. The only thing we have to say is that it is not a private entrance, as listed. However, the bed was very comfortable and it felt private as it was on the opposite end of the home from the host. The area was just outside the city but we had no problem with parking. The neighborhood also felt safe and was conveniently located next to a beautiful walk/bike trail that took you along the coastline.

The place was a pleasant quiet location and the host was pleasant. Room was fine, but could be improved, for ex. closet door, adequate access to refrigerator -- the old one had apparently broken recently. A few upgrades and it could be a very nice place.

Weekend Stay in Burlington
Had a very pleasant experience. The host was very kind and helpful, and the room was quite nice and spacious as was the bathroom. Stayed for the weekend, could come and go as we pleased. Great location for the price, just a beautiful bike ride or a short Uber ride to the town center or the many parks. I'll note that I was a bit surprised about the layout of the house. It's still rather private as the owner never uses this entrance; you walk into a living space connected to the rest of the house, but the room in the listing is very private as it is an extension on the property. Overall, very happy with this stay.

Super friendly but property not as listed
The overall cleanliness of the space was very questionable. We found numerous hairs in the shower, the bed was sketchy, the room was dusty. This was definitely not a private entrance. This is just a room off the owner's dining room. I feel bad saying all this as the owner was the sweetest person and was extremely helpful. The bike trail is only two short blocks away.

It says above that there is a private entrance to the master bedroom. That is not the case. However I did not have any issues getting in and out of the house even with the owner away. The bedroom and bathroom was spacious and clean. No A/C in the room. There was no high speed on the ceiling fan. It was so hot, we had to sleep ontop of the covers. No mini fridge or microwave in the room. Owner communicated well and was very nice.

A great little getaway
My experience was great. I enjoyed the stay and meeting the host who was accommodative to my needs, including the need for an additional night. The house is quiet and located near a paved rail trail for short walks or bike rides into downtown Burlington or for sunset views over the lake.
