"The house is huge - the furniture is quite shabby - couches on blocks of wood. Beds are falling apart. Only sheets provided not a single blanket in the house and only a couple of towels. The outdoor area was completely overgrown and the firepit had no usable area to sit around it. The decks were huge. There was no bbq that was usable and the canoe was full of holes. "The place is not as it is described and full of dirt and black molds plus strange insects on beds. The sheets are not clean at all and you have to wash them be careful. I would give zero star if I could as I am really disappointed. We had to sleep in the car"

"We stayed at Jacob's Lakehouse September 20-23 of 2024, wish we had booked for longer. Family of 10 and cottage was very spacious. For our family we could have probably used an extra room, but we knew what we were getting in to. There was so much to do, inside and outside, on the lake or venturing off the property like we did.
