"This was my first time staying at a pod hotel and it was great, very welcoming. The bathrooms/showers are shared (women's/men's). The pods have curtains and no individual ceilings -- think fitting rooms at a clothing store -- so sound carries and I could hear my neighbor snoring and people walking, even though everyone was very careful to be quiet. If I had known I would be staying here (it was a last minute thing after a flight cancellation) I would have brought my sleep mask that has a built-in headset to play white noise. But I slept fine with a regular mask and white noise just from my phone next to my pillow. "

"We didn’t actually stay at the Oakes since they had a plumbing problem. We were sent to the Hilton. Oakes called me about the change. The transfer was effortless and no problems. Thank you for great service. "

"Property was in a great location, close to the downtown entertainment options and a short 10-15 min walk to the Falls. Hotel room was clean and pretty quiet overall, despite all the noise outside. "

"Easy to get to and on-site self-parking was easy (even though pricey). Room was spacious (ours had 4 queens) and the partial view was still spectacular. Great staff at the desk and getting to the falls was a breeze. Only downsides were an average-at-best breakfast and a pretty high price. Overall a great place to visit Niagra though!"
