"I can't say enough about the staff who were accommodating and very personable. We were made to feel very welcome. We arrived at a late hour and were met with a positive experience. The location was conveniently placed along the trans can and had beautiful grounds. The rooms were dated, but clean. The beds did leave a bit to be desired in the way of comfort, and there was no top sheet or additional bedding. The lock on the door made me a bit nervous as it was no more than a simple bathroom...

"It was unbearably hot in the room. Screen on sliding door was broken so we couldn't leave the door open. Only one of three windows had a screen. Thermostat was set to off but one of the electric heaters was blasting heat. It was a very uncomfortably hot night with only one window open. Air conditioner was not installed. Room and washroom were not very clean. Windows and areas around windows and sliding door were filthy. Looked like they had not been cleaned yet from the winter. The bed was...

"this place was perfect for our bachelor party boys weekend! waterfront dock, great industrial kitchen amenities, yard space, bonfire pit, kayaks, pool table, a great soundsytem, separate cabin for sleeping arrangement vs the main area, even had a little boutique golf course near by. what more could you want? Mike was an exceptional host who really went the extra mile to make sure we all had a great time. We will be back!"

The property is exceptional and beautifully set up. Access to rooms so easy with key codes. Boats for free usage with incredible, long river channel near by.
