Problems checking in as seems like they don't accommodate bookings booked through other portals. "At our arrival we were given room for handicapped access, neither me or my husband are handicapped. Frontdesk person didn't mention details about the room. The very next morning we were able to switch rooms and moved into a regular one. This room was alright but it had a concealed leak in a shower with water coming out into the hall next to it. The puddle on a carpet was growing. We alerted the stuff ."

"Great price for the location and room. We stayed in one of the top floors and the room was well kept and comfortable. Decoration is lacking (it’s very plain) but that’s not why we picked this hotel. The location is ideal for visiting London by foot. There is a 24h Tesco 2 mins away. The luggage drop off service is also very handy and well organised. If you get a good deal, I would definitely recommend booking this place. Saw some bad experiences in the reviews but everything went super smoothly...
