The property is very large and the distance from lobby to room was quite a distance. We ate in restaurant and enjoyed our meals. The room was spacious with tea and coffee facilities. Breakfast was lovely and well priced

Beautiful property and gardens with a retro feel and photos showing the hotel's history lining the walls. Love Caves House but our room was disappointing as we were next to the aircon units which operated until around 10pm - fair enough being a Saturday night. It was pretty noisy so we were unable to get to sleep. Would suggest a better set up for accessing the kettle area as there was no pull-down shelf etc. We had to use the cupboard or the bathroom bench which was full of our stuff. Room a bit pokey. Otherwise, comfy beds, lovely marble bathroom and enough cupboard space for one suitcase.
