We only stayed here for two nights on our way south to Ocracoke with more family, but would absolutely stay longer. Great vibe with the live music Friday and Saturday. We’ll probably be back next year! "

"Outstanding ocean front hotel! However, there is virtually no beach area even at low tide. Sand bags make it very difficult getting to the beach. "

"In the 25 plus years I have been staying in OBX this place has had the most comfortable beds EVER! And I have been in motels, hotels, rental houses through companies as well as Vrbo and such. Walkable to the beach and restaurants were nice as well."

"This cute room was perfect for a nights stay in Buxton. Lisa was friendly and accomodating, and provided just about everything you need to enjoy not only the night there but the morning after as well. I cannot recommend this place enough if you are a single person or a couple looking for a place to stay for the weekend."

"The location of this property was unbelieable and had all of the amenities we were looking for. Beautiful setup (we certainly got our steps in!) and was the perfect balance of sand, sea and pool. Definitely would recommend this location and property.Constructive Feedback: We noticed several "broken" items throughout the house that we reported and walked into the house to a "chirping" smoke detector that we had to end up replacing ourselves after multiple calls for maintenance (did not arrive until following morning). Other than those small things, we had a great stay."

"This was a last minute stay since we did not plan on going to Outer Banks. The hotel was one of the few on the beach and located right as you enter Buxton. I chose this hotel because of prior reviews & happy that I did. The room was clean and comfortable and included a small kitchenette. There were a few eating places within walking distance & a very nice grocery store (Conner’s) a quick 3 min drive away "
