Locally there are some great restaurants, the hotel will advise on these - one restaurant which really has a nice low key, yet a high quality standard of local food is called Campagne. "It does what it says on the tin. Expectations were met. The regrettable part is the restaurant is closed weekends, a bit of a plague in France, strange for a country who still erroneously think their food is special. Maybe one day I'll see it open? The bar remained open which is very agreeable."
