Central to everything going on in the area. It a great hotel from their restaurant through staff and a privet beach club. We will stay there again and again.

The staff was really accommodating and their service was great. Food at the restaurants were pretty good and the buffet had a large variety. The property definitely needs new furniture but other than that it was a beautiful place to stay. Nice pools and very walkable. The Belair is a sister property with Krystal grand so all of the amenities are shared. Gabriel, the Expedia concierge, was very considerate and constantly checked up on us to ensure our stay was wonderful. Pedro, the bartender, and many other staff members worked extremely hard around the clock and gave us a wonderful experience. Views on the 4th floor gave an amazing ocean view!

The Market good portions were smaller than what hey used to serve. The cost of food has definitely went up. We ended up eating in the village areas. Experiencing the local foods.

This is our 3rd time staying @ Monte Cristo Estates. Every visit is better then the last. Although we've never stayed elsewhere I knw after staying here we never will either!

The hotel is impressive . The customer service is par excellency. Stayed in the property for five days and there’s 8 of us and reserved three rooms. They made it a point to put us together in one building as we have requested. The rooms were clean and big. The view from the terrace is beautiful . The restaurants were fantastic. The array of food is abundant and delicious . The Los Galleos which is a Mexican restaurant has the most authentic food . The staff were very courteous and sensitive. We’re not able to get a table one night and they sensed our disappointments, Selena the manager arranged a table for us 13 people to have a table the next day for dinner. We’re so grateful to her and her staff especially the morning staff that served us breakfast. The breakfast buffet in Ciao was also amazing . It’s a buffet of international choices. The omelette is so good . The staff are also attentive and respectful. The senior spring breakers had a blast . The crowds were well controlled and there are securities are everywhere checking on minors .
