Reading previous reviews the Reception person has a typical NQ sense of humour that is not always appreciated by all guests - but he is still very helpful and informative."

"The accommodation was very spacious. The resort was lovely, however it is not called the Horizons Nine Pool Resort which was confusing when you get dropped off at the address and the property name is Cairns One. The only negative was the tv remote in the lounge was missing and it took 3 days for anyone to confirm where it was. Otherwise great location, amazing facility. I would recommend. "
