We made reservation 6 months ago. We arrived to hotel around 1 am and was told the hotel was full. They put us in Pyramid View Inn which was next door. It was horrible, dirty and no hot water. After complaining, they put us in Giza Pyramids View Inn, the hotel I booked in. No complaints at this hotel. ...
