"Food options were limited but good quality. Beds were comfortable however room layout including bathroom layout where you brush your teeth in the bedroom a bit different."

"A fantastic couples long weekend away. Great service from reception (even before we arrived), the restaurant and pool service. The massage in the spa was one of the best my wife has had. The food was fantastic, the pool was brilliant a fantastic place to relax... we are definitely coming back and next time we will bring the children."

"I express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. From the moment we arrived, the experience was far from acceptable, and I feel compelled to share the issues we encountered. Firstly, the hotel staff were unhelpful and dismissive, which left me feeling extremely distressed. The room we were assigned had no working air conditioning, rendering it unfit for purpose, especially considering the high temperature. When I initially called reception, I was told the issue was being looked into. My wife and I waited in the room for over an hour—it was unbearably hot, like a sauna. After a second call to reception, I was informed that nothing could be done until the next day, which was clearly unacceptable. I voiced my concerns, and again the receptionist said she would get back to me, but no action was taken. After a further 45 minutes, I went to reception personally, by which time my wife was beginning to feel unwell due to the heat, and the entire situation was causing both of us considerable angst and distress. Eventually, a barman was sent to the room who confirmed the air conditioning was not working and stated there was nothing he could do. At that point, we decided we could not remain at the hotel under these conditions and requested a refund. The receptionist informed me that, because we had booked through Expedia, a refund was not possible. I explained that the room was not fit for use, and as no alternative solution was offered we left..."

"Took the family here and had a great stay. The beach is accessible via the property. Also had a pool. We enjoyed the breakfast since, typically, spanish breakfast is late and there are not many places to eat if you like to start your day early."

"Great for beach access right in the middle Hotel late check in was very slow & they gave us a room against all my requests - balcony had no privacy the neighbours could see into your room terrible so we couldn’t even keep the blinds open was meant to be sea view not neighbours view lol"

"Rooms are basic but clean. Walls are really thin so you will hear your neighbours. There’s only 1 plug, so if you need more you will need to take a splitter or extension. The all inclusive food is standard for the price. Lots of choice for breakfast, several options for lunch and dinner. There’s always a fish option, at least one meat option, pasta, chips, salad. I found it ok. My friend, who isn’t keen on fish, started struggling for options by the end of the week. The all inclusive drink options are very limited; beer and wine on tap and just a few different spirits. The pool is small as is the sun lounger area. Entertainment is repetitive, with bingo (that you have to pay for) and karaoke most nights. There were lots of rowdy and noisy Brits there when we were there. The beach nearby is beautiful."

"Our second Christmas at this hotel and we are not disappointed. We had a lovely relaxed stay and have been fed very well (half board). The thing that made our stay really special is the hotel’s staff. We can not praise them enough! Always smiling, friendly and happy to help. Few little extras from the hotel itself was a nice surprise as well (some Christmas treats, free mini bar etc)"
