Excellent view, Food and friendly staff
"The Stay was great, very friendly staff, the best part was the verity of food and the professional and approachable chefs. the only issue was the unavailability of guests parking slots, as the hotel only has 6-8 slots, was a real struggle to find free parking slots.
everything else was excellent."

"Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We didn’t arrive until 1am, but the staff were still welcoming.
Our room was lovely, good size and loved the sea view balcony.
We had breakfast on one day, and it was with the €18 / person for the wide selection of options. Eggs, bacon, sausage, hams, cheese, breads, fruits, cereal, muesli, yoghurt, teas, coffees and juices - everything was covered.
There’s a supermarket just a couple of minutes walk from the hotel to get other supplies.
We used the pool on one afternoon, and it wasn’t too busy. The sun was off most of the pool area by 5/6pm.
There were some roadworks taking place on the road outside, but this didn’t cause many issues and didn’t stop us sleeping or enjoying using the balcony during the day.
The hotel is about a 20 minute walk from the cathedral and old town. There’s also some nice eating places within a couple of minutes of the hotel.
We’d definitely return to this hotel if we visit Palma again."

"Our airline lost my baggage but Nadia, front desk receptionist, was extremely helpful and kind in our unfortunate situation. After one week my bag was found and Nadia telephoned me to let me know that it would be stored at the hotel. Excellent customer service Nadia!!!
