"From check in to check out service was amazing, def. 5+ stars, the room with a private balcony, the bed, the pillows simply great. the pisco sour at the bar in the top 2 that I have drank around the world. The food great, ceviche corvina, sea bass, arroz caldoso and the camarones chupe 10+. The SPA you will need to have the Inka package, had it before traveling to SDQ a few hours before and totally relaxed. I will stay again. Thank you!"

A special shoutout to Marco at the front desk, who went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home—he’s warm, attentive, and has a great understanding of guests’ needs. The location of the hotel is fantastic—quiet yet conveniently close to the city square, making it easy to explore Cusco on foot. The rooms were spotless, and the beds were incredibly comfortable, providing a great place to relax after a day of sightseeing. The breakfast buffet offered a wide range of options, making for a perfect start to the day. Overall, I highly recommend Novotel Cusco for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and exceptional service!"
