"Excellent hotel, great location! They kindly upgraded us to a room wirh a kitchenette, which was great! Nice having a restaurant on site. My only "complaint" is that we called for a late check-out (check out is 11am, we requested a noon check out (we ended up leaving at 11:30 am) and they charged us a $50 late check out fee, although they never mentioned it when we called down. Seems a bit much for one hour (that didnt end up being an hour). Also, just be aware thst there incidentals charge for your stay is $250, which is the highest i have been charged (didnt even get charged that in high end hotels in Midtown NYC). But, overall would stay here again."
