We had a fantastic one-night stay at the Sheraton Cavalier Hotel! The room was spotless, and the pool was a hit—our teenage girls absolutely loved it. The buffet breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. What stood out most was the exceptional service. Every time we called, we spoke with a friendly, professional, and helpful staff member. It made the experience even better. Highly recommend this hotel for a clean, comfortable stay with great amenities!

Our Bathroom had not been cleaned properly, the heating unit was very noisy, and the waterslide was partially closed due to a renovation they do not mention until the day of arrival.

Beautiful hotel, quiet, slept great, bed comfortable, our daughter could feel the springs on the pull out couch. On site restaurant offered a wonderful breakfast buffet for around $18. Pools(heated), water slides and hot tub were wonderful. Would highly recommend

The front desk staff were SO nice and helpful. The breakfast staff were so patient and kind. Tried calling room service three times for dinner and never got a response… which was tough with three kids and having to order skip at that point. There was a loud whirring constant noise right outside the bedroom window all night long, but wouldn’t be an issue in a different area of the hotel. The beds were super comfortable and the kids really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

I didn’t have a long stay, but encountered no issues. Everything was clean, check in was quick and efficient, and the surrounding area had many options for food. Close to the airport and major city arteries.
