"The property is located a two minute walk from the Tamar River and the magnificent structure of the rail viaduct. The village has no facilities, apart from a pub. Shops are a very short drive to Gunislake or a tad further to Tavistock. The accommodation is homely and well cared for. Storage heaters are a bit of a pain, so be wise to ensure they are set right as soon as you get there for those winter stays. There is a wood burner which is a great addition and marvellous at keeping the living...

"Our stay was gorgeous - the cottage is cosy, calm, and just right for two. We visited in the winter and thoroughly enjoyed the log burner, though to be honest it was warm enough without! The views accross the Tamar are lovely, and it's a great place to explore on foot. Nick made us very welcome, and we thoroughly enjoyed the tranquility and silence that the cottage provides. The perfect getaway if you need to just stop for a bit!"
