"We rented this gorgeous home on Big Pine Key for 3 weeks for our honeymoon after our wedding at Sombrero Beach and it could not have been more perfect. We loved the house inside and out. Super clean, well appointed and it was obvious that the hostess has the comfort of her guests in mind by the way it is equipped and furnished. The Hostess was very easy to communicate with before and during our stay which made the whole experience even more delightful. We will definitely book again. Truly a gem ! "

"I rented Martina’s property from late Feb – late March 2024 and had a very enjoyable stay. This is a great house for small groups. So many of the rental houses in the keys are designed for much larger groups and sometimes it is difficult to find a nice place for just a couple, or small family, or in my case, just me. I used the house as a base for daily fishing excursions on my motorized kayak, and for this it is very well situated. It is very close to the open water, so if you have a boat you can be out fishing quickly. One minor issue – the canal is east-facing, so after several days of Easterly winds, sometimes it gets a bit clogged with seaweed, but it is still manageable and the entrance to the canal does have barriers to help control the issue. The house itself is very nice, with two nice bedrooms, modern furnishings, a full kitchen, all the appliances you need, etc. There is also a large freezer in the open sitting area below the house, which I used to store ice and frozen bait. Nice house and nice vacation!"

"This house and location was beautiful. Large enough to entertain friends.The kitchen and bathrooms were very well stocked with high end provisions. The views were great! We watched the sunrise from the living room and went up on top to watch the sunsets. We saw dolphins in the bay from the top and played cornhole with friends. We loved the swim spa...perfect combination of hot tub and pool. Martina was the best part of it, she was the perfect host! Very accommodating and prompt to solve any issues. We were not use to streaming and she came over numerous times to help set up the TVs. The only drawback which was out of the owners control is the canal was not clear and would fill up with seagrass. We brought our kayaks and as soon as you got to the end of the canal the water was crystal clear and we saw lots of wildlife. We enjoyed riding our bikes around the island. All the business owners were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed Big Pine Key Canal Park and Bahia Honda State Park. We frequented numerous restaurants and really liked the live music and atmosphere at KiKi's Sandbar on Little Torch key. The location of being 30 miles from Marathon or Key West was optimal. And, finally, if you want to be in the Keys and be were it's quiet and not overly commercialized, this is it! The key deer are amazing and everywhere."
