"Our room was amazing! It was really large, nicely appointed with comfortable furniture in addition to the plush king-sized bed. The large bathroom was lined with marble and had a large deep soaking tub. The hotel offered us complimentary massages for each day of our stay. We paid for more since they were so good. The lobby is beautiful. Every member of the staff was extremely polite and efficient. Definitely recommend!"

"We stayed 6 nights here. The buffet breakfast and the buffet dinner are very good. We enjoy the morning walk on the beach. Nice setting, and it is walkable to the main beach area of Danang."

"We enjoyed our stay very much. The breakfast buffet was great. We had dinner at the restaurant one night and though the service was a little slow, the servers were very nice and the food was great. Our flight arrived outside of the free shuttle but the paid limo pickup was great. The driver and hotel staff came to pick us up so checkin was very quick and smooth. We were able to use the free shuttle for drop off so that was very convenient & free. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. The location was amazing. The only thing i wasn’t aware of was the bathroom/shower situation. We normally can re use our towels & need minimal housekeeping help. But because the bathroom showers were very close to the toilets & somewhat “open” , not fully enclosed. The bathrooms got really wet & we needed housekeeping to replace the towels daily. That’s my only complaint since in the US we’re used to having the showers totally separate from the rest of the bathroom. We were in the 2 bedroom penthouse on the 21st floor which had amazing views if the beach. "

"Excellent location, very clean, and very capable staff. If you stay for any more than four days choose an apartment, where the 2BR apartments come with a cooktop, washing machine/dryer, and a full-size fridge & freezer - as well as all the amenities of the actual hotel. Speaking of which, the breakfast buffet and gym were excellent. Special mention must go to Nam, one of the hotel's concierges, who went out of his way to organise a number of our side trips for us and help navigate our way around Da Nang. Perhaps the only small minus was the flotilla of motorbikes zooming down the main street almost every night - but I guess that's the price one pays for having a room overlooking the Han River. If you close the sliding doors the noise reduces considerably but we liked the fresh air rather than using the air-conditioning. Our two-bedroom apartment also had a very large balcony, which was fantastic to sit out on and watch the world go by on the river. The hotel was also directly opposite the boarding location for the night river cruises."
