"One of the most beautiful hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The setting is gorgeous - in the rice fields, with birds everywhere - and the hotel’s design is so appealing. We loved our room and the lobby. The staff was wonderful, too. The only drawback was it was a bit far from the ancient town - a ten minute taxi ride or 30 minute walk (we were too nervous to try bicycling). But the peaceful setting made that worth it. "

"Hotel is within walking distance and very close to the Historic area. All the hotel staff (reception, breakfast area, bellman, housekeeping) were super friendly and accommodating. Attended the free pottery class too. The full body Vietnamese massage at the in-house spa was good too. Breakfast spread had everything, including some Vietnamese staples. Guest room was very clean and well kept. Great value for the price I paid!"

The service is excellent from housekeeping to reception.
