"Loved the fact the location was close to historic tours, Quincy market, restaurants and shopping. Valet parking and ease of pulling up to check-in was great. There was some noise while sleeping from traffic and perhaps A/C. Toilets in rooms are not sound proof, but shower pressure was ideal. Staff was very friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. Coffee shop in lobby was delicious. My only complaint was womens toilet in lobby had 2 out of 4 toilets that were full of feces and paper towels on Monday morning as we were getting ready to check out. When I reported this to front desk, they thanked me for reporting but 30 minutes later the toilets were still gross. I would have thought someone at the front desk would have immediately gone around the corner to investigate rather than just "let housekeeping know". Other than that uncomfortable instance, the rooms were clean, comfortable, and larger than picture on website depicted. The basket of snacks in the room and complimentary water bottles were apprecisted!"

"Had dinner at the restaurant unfortunately it was the greatest food. The salmon was grilled and was dry and over cooked. I also had fries that were over cooked. Not what I’d expect for a hotel and restaurant of this standard. "

"When I left the taxi driver did not leave me my second bag with iPad n Smartphone. The concierge work with the taxi firm & the state police to reunite me with the offending bag"

"Allowed us to check in early, the room was spotless and very clean. The beds were very comfortable, the view was great. Can’t wait to go back."

"The woman that checked us in was extremely helpful. We had an emergency and really needed to get a place, the other place that we had rented had fallen through and she was extremely helpful, she got us right in, we are able to drop off our bags without having to wait for the check-in time, it was an amazing stay will definitely be with Wyndham again."
