"Such a great hotel to stay at. The buffet breakfast was brilliant and had a wide variety of foods and drinks. One member of staff was so kind to make us vegetarian sausages instead of the pork sausages that were on the buffet table. She was happy to help us enjoy all the food options that were on offer. The room was great, really quiet and clean with Air conditioning if it got too warm. Staff were always there if I needed help to get around Glasgow and gave us good suggestions with where to go and visit from Shopping Malls to famous Landmarks and stunning Architecture. I’d just like to say thank you to all the staff at Moxy Merchant City for such a great stay at your stunning hotel. We will definitely be staying here again when we’re next in Glasgow! "

"The staff were super friendly. I arrived really early and they let me work from the breakfast lounge while I waited for my room to be ready. They also let me check in early which I didnt even request but am so grateful for. "

"Our favourite place we stayed in Scotland! We stayed on the 7th floor with a river view. It was beautiful! The room had everything we needed, it was so comfortable, extremely clean, and easy to walk around from! We were able to walk everywhere and explore the west end easily!"

I really dislike being bothered by cleaning services and feel like a bother if the room is too messy so I loved treating our room like home for our stay and coming and going without stress."

"The hotel is clean and comfortable and well situated. But what makes it exceptional is its staff. The front desk folk were personable and helpful. We were especially thankful for Kris and Reese's service in the restaurant. They both gave excellent service and Kris went above and beyond to ensure we made a rather too-close-for-comfort train departure. Also, the food was good and the espresso was especially notable. "
