"We traveled to Philly for my son’s 16th birthday. The house was absolutely perfect! Everyone had their own space and we were able to gather in the living room comfortably to watch movies. All activities were within a 15 minute drive and we always felt safe in the area. The rooftop view was beautiful and a great place to wind down at the end of the night, read quietly and watch the sunrise. I'd recommend the host upgrade the mattresses or buy mattress toppers. "The property was set up very nice for a small group. The neighborhood was peaceful. The property was spacious and had a nice outdoor sitting area to enjoy the grounds around it. I would recommend stopping at the Broken Goblet Brewery just right down the road. Close to restaurants and easy to get to Philli."

"Family cane into town for the holidays and we really dont have much room so we went rented a home. Everything was great about the house the only thing i got nervous about was a crack in the bathroom ceiling so I sent a picture and Im sure they will take care of it. I didnt really notice until the end that there were no instructions for check out. We took the trash out and cleaned up but our family guests had an early flight and they didnt touch base with us until late the night before. ...

"My friends and family stayed for the Philly Marathon. This was perfect because it had beds for everyone! It was great to have everyone be able to sit and relax. Fishtown was great to be away from the chaos of downtown, but still easy to get there. Parking was a bit tricky and we ended up getting a ticket ($27). Also, it seemed like the dishwasher was not functioning so we had to fill the water by hand. Other than those two things, the place was great!"
