"Great team and facilities "

"We spent 6 wonderful days at this lovely hotel right by the Thames and across from Big Ben and Westminster Abbey. Very convenient to take the bus and underground. Loved every minute of our stay! Our first time in London and this hotel was a great choice for our family. "

"I thought the ratio of price to product delivery was excellent. This is a great hotel if you want to be close to Heathrow. The beds are comfortable and the shower has a good pressure. You could buy small items of food and drink at reception. I think for the price, it was great. I didn’t try the restaurant so can’t give any review. There is a bus stop just on the main road near to the hotel where you can get the U3 directly to Heathrow central bus station. Costs £1.75. This is considerable cheaper than the hotel shuttle service."

"The hotel is very clean and friendly, the room is a good size with great location. The only remark is that it should have some hooks to hang clothes and a few hangers. There was nowhere to hang any clothes.."

"Spent a couple nights in London before dropping my son off for summer abroad. The hotel room felt like a room on a cruise ship- a king size bed for us to share. The shower/toilet combo was a frosted glass closet. Made for zero privacy while doing either business. We found ourselves taking turns sitting down in the awesome lobby while the other was occupied. Would be fine with a partner or by yourself. If traveling with your kid or a friend, might want to find elsewhere. "
