"Difficult to sleep as sheets were itchy and a lot of light intrusion. B&B? No coffee, sugar or tea, milk supplied. The bathroom was very dusty and toilet either stained or not cleaned. Previous tenants rubbish left behind in bathroom and a dirty sock left under the lounge cushion. Kitchen adequately equipped. Furniture adequate. We have stayed in many budget accommodation and never experience dusty, rubish and scratchy sheets before. Wont be back."

"This spacious and comfortable house is ideal for groups or families. We were a group of four scientists working at Griffith University on a research project, and the house was perfect for our needs. The view is excellent and the organization of the house, with large communal spaces upstairs and bedrooms downstairs made it easy for us to interact together or in small groups and still have our own private spaces.
