"This hotel was the most relaxing and pleasant part of our month in Italy. Anacapri is on the quieter side of the island and this lovely hotel is a pleasant walk away from the small downtown with its shops and restaurants . We especially appreciated the shuttle service the hotel provides from the ferry when we got there with the hordes of visitors. Although, our room was small it was very clean. The pool deck and covered patio is very nice with an amazing view of the ocean. I appreciated the fresh fruit available every morning in the breakfast buffet and the hand made cappuccino by a staff member.
Because we were not leaving on the ferry till the evening the staff kindly held our luggage until departure and then shuttled us down to the ferry. The staff is very helpful in answering questions and giving suggestions. Highly recommended a stay here."
"A most beautiful resort with the most spectacular views. A quick 5 minute walk to the bus stop depot with plenty of shopping and dining. The resort was clean, the staff was welcoming and super accommodating. I would highly recommend and would definitely stay again."
"I cannot emphasize enough how much we enjoyed our stay at Hotel Mamela. The rooms are MASSIVE, newly renovated, and the pool is SPECTACULAR. Even more impressive though is the outstanding service this hotel provides. The concierge went above and beyond to help us make reservations and honestly we would have missed our ferry and therefore our flight back home without their help in the morning. The service alone I think should make this hotel be ranked 5 stars. Thank you for making our stay in capri unforgettable!!"
