Ótima estrutura, mas atendimento pode melhorar
O hotel possui uma ótima estrutura. Quartos espaçosos, boa área de lazer, restaurante com ótima culinária em todas as refeições, etc. Por ter um conceito de resort, a propriedade fica num terreno muito amplo e oferece duas boas programações de lazer, sendo uma para adultos e outra infantil. No entanto, sentimos que o hotel não comunica bem essas atividades. No check in, fomos avisados para baixar um app e consultar tudo por lá e isso foi tudo. Nem a descrição da estrutura física da área de lazer e onde cada item estava localizado foi feita. Faltam avisos espalhados no hotel informando o que há pra se fazer naquele dia e uma equipe engajada a envolver os hóspedes que tem interesse em participar. Falta simpatia e proatividade à maior parte dos funcionários. A piscina principal tem aquecimento, mas em um dia ensolarado (agosto, aproximadamente 23°C) foi o suficiente apenas para tornar o banho suportável, não conseguindo esquentar tão bem a água. Um restaurante muito interessante do hotel, que ninguém da equipe nos avisou que existia e descobrimos passeando por acaso, funciona apenas às sextas e sábados. O quarto com acesso por escada só faz sentido se você fizer questão de um banho com com box comum, e não de banheira.
