"The staff were very friendly and we enjoyed the sunset cruise and floating market cruise they offered (very affordable). The breakfast and dinner was fantastic! Although the rooms were comfortable and had hot water and good wifi, we didn't sleep well due to the thin/open walls which didn't block out the noise from outside or from our neighbours. The place was difficult to find (other side of the river from Nguyen Shack) but we enjoyed taking the free bicycles for a ride. Make sure you don't keep...

"Don’t book this hotel through Expedia. It won’t receive your booking information as they have changed owners recently. The pictures are out of date and the contact information is wrong. Had to pay again in cash and find a workaround with Expedia. Hopefully I will get a refund… Hotel is ok but if you want to book it do it directly"

"DO NOT BOOK THROUGH HOTELS.COM IT'S A FAKE LISTING. Our booking was processed without any problems and payment taken but the property never received our booking, they said they don't use Hotels.com and that they've had problems with this fake listing over the past few days. Long story short - we were charged but we had to stay at another place as this one was fully booked."
