"We had a great stay at Sofia. Staff were always pleasant and helpful. Helped us change rooms and then were always very informative when we had questions. The place is clean and spacious for a double room. We had the half board and breakfast and dinner were your standard buffets but definitely options for everyone. We didn’t eat there every night as there are a lot of good restaurants outside of the hotel. Awesome being right on the beach"

You need literally 4 steps and you will be at the beach. Waking up to sound of the waves was magical and the place itself is clean and has a nice vibe and all the team was very friendly. "My first experience of the all inclusive experience. I’m a convert. Pool was nice and clean, food was good overall, entertainment was good. Hotel was clean and well appointed. "The hotel was not as online or in photos. It is poorly neglected and filthy. I would never stay again. Especially with the price they are charging. The 1st room they gave me smelt like an ashtray even though it was non-smoking room and there were food crumbs on the floor. The 2nd room was moldy and there were water leaks and toilet wouldn't stop running. There is no security in the building just a simple key to lock your door, no deadbolt. Baseboards are coming away from the wall, the ceiling...
