"It was a clean place, but the shared bathroom door didn’t close properly, and the heater wasn’t working well, I had to sleep with my jacket on plus it was super noisy and would turn on and off automatically so I was constantly waking up scared. There’s no check-in desk, so everything is handled via email. While the staff responded quickly, the process felt less flexible. I would recommend for a few days. "

"My partner and I stayed here for a quick overnight trip to celebrate the holiday. The location of this hotel was fantastic as you are right smack dab in the middle of Old Quebec. It had prime restaurants and shops and was a walkable distance from pretty much any attraction. Despite being a hotel, there is not a front reception desk and you check in on your own which my partner and I loved as it allowed us to just check right in and start exploring right away. The only thing I will say is that...
