"I would have given an excellent for overall and cleanliness, but the sheets were stained and we had to request a complete replacement set before we could sleep in them. Staff wete quick to respond to our need and bring clean sheets to the room."

"Really nicely located. A less than 10-minute walk from Union station and Scotiabank Arena (perfect if you’re taking the train and/or attending a concert/show/match). CN tower view very close as well. Many fast food chains around it for food options (Subway, Starbucks, Tim’s, Chipotle, shawarma, etc.) and a shoppers. The hotel’s exterior is a little off-putting as it is on a side street (construction and weather also adds to that) but the inside is very luxurious for how affordable this was....

"Had a great room loved having a kitchenette, staff nice and helpful. You need to take a shuttle for skiing but bus stop is right at the hotel. Parking is not free and so narrow the spots.."
