The hotel did not have my reservation when I arrived and it took almost an hour to resolve. Upon check out, I waited another 25 minutes for them to verify the room was good for a deposit return. Other than that, everything was great.

It is a decent hotel, with friendly staff. The gym facilities could use an upgrade, the equipment is tired and some broken. The last time I stayed there the building fire alarm went off 3 times in the night. The first time it went off we all had to evacuate. The other two times I did not. It definitely made for a very unsettling night and no sleep. I was rather disappointed to see that due to all the false alarms, the hotel didn’t even offer a free drink or even an apology for the night. I stay there as it is convenient for work purposes, so I have a rental car as well. It is great that they have parking just a short walk from the hotel. All in all it’s a decent hotel to stay, it’s clean safe and convenient.

I had a wonderful experience. The room was clean and comfortable, the amenities were top-notch, and the location was perfect. However, my stay was somewhat marred by the unfriendly front desk staff, particularly Elvis. Despite this, I would still highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay. The staff's lack of enthusiasm was a small blip on an otherwise fantastic stay."
