This hotel had an easy check in, clean comfortable room, convenient location for food and stadium access. One of my friends I traveled with is a biker and said the hotel was close to trails as well. The added Taylor Swift decorations and activities so such a cute touch. We can’t wait to come back to Vancouver and explore more!

The staff were excellent and the hotel was very clean. We had a suite and the king size bed was very comfortable. A few things we thought needed improvement were the ice and vending machine wasn’t working on our floor. You have to use your room key to activate the elevator and cannot take the stairs to access other floors. At times we were waiting a long time to take the elevator one floor to get ice. The drink machine was also not working in the gym. The gym set uo could be better. There was no mirror to check your form. The TV’s were very old, definitely not a smart tv.

Awful experience. Night shift front desk is ignorant and not helpful ( lady with short black hair). Parking very small and hard to park. Same breakfast over and over and over. Too crowded breakfast and not enough tables to sit. Parking is not free and expensive and there small jacuzzi only for all 16 floor rooms.
