"Everything was as pictured/advertised. Check in was easy, there was always parking available, and the room looked as pictured. We didn’t use the pool/hot tub so I can’t speak to those. It was convenient to have a playpen in the room for our little one. The only downside is that upon arrival we found a variety of pills (some looked to be vitamins, not sure of the others) just under the couch. This is unsettling to find when travelling with a little one and could have posed an extreme danger had...

"The bathroom baseboards behind the toilets were covered in urine. The floors were dirty as well. The showers had dirt caked on around the doors and floor and baseboard as well. There were many dishes in the cupboards that had to be rewarded in order to use them."
