"r stay was amazing, I took my 15-year-old daughter for our very first girls trip to Banff and this hotel was above and beyond all our expectations! The service was amazing, The room was clean and well layed out. Its within close walking distance to the main street whixh was very handy. The hot tub was so fun, The facilities were clean and the feeling of sitting in an underground yet open air cave was a very cool experience, We absolutely would stay there again"

You checkin at a fancier hotel down the street and they give you your keys and then you drive over to The Dorthy Motel. It had 2 nice sized beds, a microwave, a small fridge (no freezer area), coffee pot/coffee and a tea kettle. The bathroom had lots of counter space and the shower was great! Only one small window in the room which was good for us so that it was nice and dark for sleeping. My only...

"I booked this hotel for my anniversary on Sept 1st for one night and I paid about $520 and I checked in at 4:30pm. Unfortunately I received a phone call from back home edmonton at around 7:30pm that my mother ended up in the hospital and of coursed I packed everything and left for 8pm to go back home. I talked to the staff at the front desk about this very special and unfortunate situation - and since I used the room for less than 4 hours I asked if they could do anything for me for the future...

"Check in was super easy and the hotel has automated alerts to keep you informed. Parking spots match your room number so super easy. We were 207 which the door faces the middle of then chalets. View is great on both sides but the front is the street. Minimal noise if any with the windows closed. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need. Hot tub has a small heated change room but can get quite wet. Lots of spa towels in the bin when we went there, which is what most hotels struggle...
