"I really adored both Bacalar and this hotel. The design is so wild and whimsical, the staff are so sweet and helpful, the beds are nice and comfy and the location is perfect. "The hotel was located around many dining options and they even had a little lobby to purchase snacks in case you were in need of something after hours. The beds were big and comfy. The air conditioning and fan were amazing to come to after a hot humid day. We had a nice size refrigerator in the room for our left overs. All in all it was a fantastic find for the cost. "
