"The staff were incredible. There was a slight problem with the water (it wasn’t their fault) and they were quick to find a solution for my wife & I. The location was peaceful and quiet which we loved! We’ve been to a couple hotels in Bacalar, but this is definitely our new favorite! We will be back! "

"The room was cozy and clean with a fantastic view of the forest and lagoon. All the staff was very friendly and helpful as well. We enjoyed the breakfast hand delievered every morning and were very pleased with how tidy our room was after staff came in to clean.
