"The room was very clean. There was plenty of space with the pull out sofa for the 6 of us. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast was great. There were so many options that everyone was happy. The chocolate waffles were a favorite. The lady working the breakfast room was keeping everything clean and stocked even during the business of everyone grabbing breakfast. We were headed to the Kennedy Space Center and this hotel was an easy 20 minute drive to get there. I would definitely stay here again. "

"Overall nice place to stay close to the cruise port, unit is not fancy whatsoever, but it has what you need for a short stay, beds were comfortable.
Location is quiet, aka not much around to see or get food. We just ordered uber eat without issue.
Lots of lovely paintings around the house, maybe owner is an artist, we enjoyed looking at the arts. "
"One of the best stays we’ve had. The Fly Fishing Flat felt as comfortable as our own home, it was super cozy with really great decor. My wife and I both agree, we could see ourselves settling down in a place just like this. We were 12 minutes from Kennedy Space Center and walking distance to great restaurants and the quaint Main Street. You can watch the rockets launch from right outside your unit - it’s directly across the river. The Sunrise is worth waking up for!Communication with Captain Mitch was spot on, he was very responsive. "

"The condo was great, a nice size for a party of 8 although a larger couch in the living room would have been more comfortable. We knew it was a 10-15 minute walk to the beach, so that was no problem but the pool/hot tub area was not the best--the water was murky and there were clumps of hair in both. Also, there was an attendant who circled around us the whole time in the pool, making us feel like we weren't supposed to be there, and he kept telling us and other renters what we weren't allowed to do. So that was unfortunate. Ron the property manager was immediately available for the few questions we had and even brought us some more parking passes, all with a smile! "

"We really loved our stay at this beach house. The house is amazing! LOVE the decor and the kitchen appliances are very fancy. Great balcony space and comfortable bedding. Also enjoyed the location being right on the (no drive on) part of the beach and walking distance to JB's Fish Camp!"

"Fantastic Condo and owner has excellent communication. Location is directly across the street from the private beach access, and ocean views from the condo. Recreation center with pool directly behind the building. Well stocked kitchen, snacks and paper products provided. Will definitely stay again! We love NSB!"
