"This was a little charmer! The property was immaculately clean and a very well equipped and supplied home with great AC and comfy bed. The bathroom was surprisingly bigger than I expected on a boat and the kitchen had nice full size appliances (small dishwasher but we did not use it) and plenty of cookware, utensils, dishes, glasses, etc. if one wanted to cook. "Another wonderful stay at this property. This time we stayed in the Boho Nights apartment. Loved the vibes on the room. Way bigger than I expected and honestly if I could live there full time I would. Location is perfect for enjoying downtown Sanford. The backyard is enjoyable and I'm intrigued by the little rock lights. I cannot recommend this place enough. I believe in staying at another one of their properties in 2 months. You cant go wrong."

"What you see in the pictures is what you will get. The Sanford Foodie Guest House did not disappoint. A bit difficult to find at first as it is carefully tucked away following an unpaven path. "Great spot close to downtown Sanford. By close I mean right around the corner. A funky and fun room. It was cold and there is no central AC or Heat, but there was a little space heater that quickly warmed the room, in fact I had to turn it off because it was so warm. I read about the bathroom sink and yes, it is weird. You will get wet so SLOWLY turn the water on. Yes the spiral staircase feels sketchy, but that was part of the fun of the space and we laughed so much about it. The only "issue"...
