It was an amazing experience right from welcoming us to leaving back to airport . Staff are really friendly and always cordial . Rooms were cleaned and stocked everyday . The property is beautiful and not old . The night time shows and activities were good enough to keep us entertained for couple hours with new things each night. The beach view room is excellent with enchanting sunset and sunrise . No complaints with breakfast since they had quite a good spread . The ala carte restaurants are also good out of which Asian was the best . The only thing I would recommend Is to have at least a couple Asian cuisine in their buffet menu . The beach is stunning and the service is excellent wherever u go .

Just returned from 7 days at this resort, it was our first time travelling internationally with our young kids and chose this resort as it seemed family friendly. We had an amazing stay! The facility was clean, the food was good, drinks were good too and our kids were quite pleased they could order from the swim up bar. Kids club was great, our son asked to go back and they did cute little crafts and made play dough. We got a 2 bedroom suite and it was gorgeous with a lovely view and comfy beds. This is definitely.not a party resort, things shut down early which was totally fine for us but if you’re looking for a late night party scene then I would go elsewhere. My only complaint is that we chose this resort for the kids water park area and the water was so freezing the kids wouldn’t go in there, I don’t understand why the water isn’t heated like the rest of the pools on the property. Overall great stay and we can’t wait to go back!

the property was outstanding! as far as traveling outside of the property that's another story. They will over charge you in an instant, so book movement through the hotel concierge. Overall, the Hilton is very high quality as far as hotels go.

All the restaurants were very good. The staff and the food was very tasty and we loved the hibachi. The morning buffet was always stocked and never had a problem getting in even at busy times. The best thing about this hotel is the entertainment team. Santos, Cristian, Bruno, Leon, Kax, Tony. They’ve made our vacation so much fun and they were all so personable and professional. We love that and we would go back just to see them as our new family. Thank you Hilton! The bugs were a little hard and the pillows a little large. Always found a good spot by the pool. Good food down at the beach. Very steep there and unable to go in the water due to high surf and wind. That did not stop us from having a good time. We love the Hilton family. Our second trip a Hilton. Does not disappoint. Did not have to make reservations except for hibachi. The spa was one of the best I’ve been to and my massage was the best I’ve ever had. Her name was Veronica.

It felt like the staff was very unhappy and provided bad service as a result. There were a few notable exceptions, Italian restaurant, cleaning service and guys by the pool. The beach is beautiful but too wavy for small children, wish I had gone a bit further down the coast, as I have in the past. The splash pad area was a key factor for choosing the hotel (traveling with 8 kids— 1, 4, 5, and 12 year olds) but was freezing the entire week first week December. The kids club was a huge hit and they let me bring in my baby as long as I stayed with him, which was great. The food itself was excellent (two foodies in our group) but the waitstaff damped that experience. Recommend it but don’t plan to go back.

We went as a family with a little one and had a blast. The kids pool was great, shallow all around so very kid friendly. they have an on-site kid play area as well where little ones 4-12 yrs old can be dropped off while parents go relax. Little ones under 4 can still go but a parent will have to stay with them. All the staff were great, very friendly and wouldn't necessarily give "bad" service if you didn't tip. They have a nightly dance party but it ended around 10:30pm which was fine for our little one's bed time.

We have gone to several properties in Cancun as a family and this was amazing! Not super big but there is enough to do. The kids LOVED the kids club and never wanted to leave. Very friendly staff, clean!!!! Clean pools, comfy beds. Food was an 8/10 not awful but not mind blowing.

We stayed for 5 nights for our honeymoon and it was an incredible experience. The bartender Irving went above and beyond every time he saw us whether it was by the pool bar or at the bar by La Luce. Overall 10/10 stay and we would totally do it again!!

Service was great. Food at steakhouse was good. Food at pool bar area could have been better. Only disappointment is that someone came into our room on the first night while we were asleep. And the second night someone stole $280 from our bag. Hotel advised they need 72 hours to do an investigation. I thought by staying at a more luxury hotel I wouldn’t have these problems but I guess not. They need to really check their employees because that is not ok

Property did not post that discover card was not accepted. Held me hostage and caused me to miss my airport transportation. Would not arrange alternate transportation as drivers did not accept discover card. Had to beg for a ride from a Good Samaritan. Will never return to Mexico or use prepaid airport transportation again.

This resort has it all. The rooms are very nice the pool is amazing. Staff are incredibly helpful and friendly! The only minus i can think of is the specialty restaurant food was average.
