Los propietariosJARDINES DEL SUR 5 "NO"nos dieron la oportunidad de quedarnos en la propiedad. Nunca nos dieron las instrucciones ni entrada a la propiedad El sistema financiero de JARDINES DEL SUR 5 fallo durante 26 dias no reconociendo el depósito realizado el 05 de Diciembre a las 11:15:43 horas Que cubría desde el 31 de Diciembre de 2024 a las 15:00 horas hasta el 04 de Enero de 2025 el mismo 31 de diciembre tras varios mensajes y llamadas no lo reconocían ya que la hora de check in era a las 15:00:00 horas Volamos a Cancun desde México Sin respuesta llegamos a Cancun a las 16:00 horas Sin mascotas Hasta las 18:41 horas del 31 de Diciembre de 2024 los dueños de la propiedad se comunicaron haciéndonos conocer que ya reconocieron el depósito y su falla en sistemas que ya habían logrado verificar nuestro depósito del 05 de Diciembre Nos solicitaron el deposito de garantía de daños el cual se les pidió lo omitieran ya que su sistema financiero estaba fallando y que nuestro depósito no lo podían reconocer tras 26 días después de realizarlo Y que era muy probable riesgoso no reconocieran nuestro depósito de garantía Nosotros no pudimos llevar a nuestras mascotas por la incertidumbre de no saber si la propiedad estaba lista para recibirnos así también 2 de los 4 huéspedes al enterarse no acudieron los 4 tuvimos que ir a otro hotel de Cancun POR NO DARNOS ACCESO Deseamos el REEMBOLSO por incumplimiento de los dueños de esta propiedad

Exclente estancia se recomienda totalmente. Casa fresca con aire acondicionado en todas las recamaras. Todas las recamaras tienen cama matrimonial 1 individual y su baño. La piscina frente a la casa. A 5min supermercados y sitios comida.
