I have stayed here multiple times, it is a very convenient location. Great access to restaurants and train but the hotel is a little dated and the sheets and towels are not in the best conditions. However, the staff are very nice and helpful.

Hotel has a private beach 1 block away. Plenty of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Old Town Antibes is about a 15-20 minute walk and Nice airport is about 20 minutes away.
