"Tide Of Your Life was perfect for our big family trip. We went with 3 other families and the house was exactly what we needed. Complete with beach chairs, tents, and carts to get us to the beach across the street from us or down the road was great. Lots of towels, two sets of washers and dryers, and plenty of room for us all. The roof top deck was the best part IMHO. We hope to come down again!"

"My life was placed in danger. What a nightmare!. The host was 4 hrs late picking me up, it was already dark. I was taken by way of a small fishing boat to the vessel I had reserved through your organization and dropped off. It was Pitch black, no electricity, no water, no dingy or way to get back to the island. The windows were all busted out. There were no blankets or anything with which to cover up. It got down to 40° overnight and rained. This was not at all the boat I reserved. Come to find out there is a group of nine boats that have been hijacked after Hurricane Ian and I was in one of them. The next morning when I called Brittany bull, my host, she had disconnected her phone. I had no way of contacting anyone. Thank goodness, I knew someone in the area. After returning to shore, I went to the local police department in Cortez. They were well aware of Brittany bull, the Sailor Park and the scam that's been going on for quite some time. There were already open investigations on the books. I filed charges as this should never happen to anyone let alone a 63-year-old Nana! Shame on you VRBO! You have been informed about this for quite some time, and just let it continue to happen. Very sad! Of course I follow your instructions and contacted your help center immediately. They were absolutely no help and in fact we're quite rude. Acted like that was just no big deal at all. The great products my case was filed with the Manatee County Sheriff's Department as they are in charge of all waterways I have copied that document and sent it to you in an ongoing email with the help center."

"We had a great stay! It was definitely an experience. It was a peaceful island getaway. If you are able to stay here I recommend it! Any issues we had the AMI team had a quick and efficient response-the only issues we had was our door code didn’t work for all the doors but they responded quickly and got us in in a blink of an eye, and the trash bins outside were almost full but they were out the next day to empty them so no complaints with that! Our only thing was the water in the house is VERY smelly-smells of sulfur so I recommend the owners of the house investing in a whole house filter but we had an amazing stay!"
