The staff were kind & helpful, my room was spotless, warm & comfortable, the public areas were tastefully decorated, the grounds were beautiful & the buffet breakfast was delicious, with lots of choice. "Great stay, lovely staff, and a building full of character! Breakfast and the pool were truly awesome, too. The only downside was some furniture/equipment needing a bit of love (door knob broken on the bedside table, screw on the window loose, hook behind the door in the changing rooms of the pool broken etc), plus a bit of noise from the road but really nothing major at all, it was a lovely stay overall"
