Welcome to Cape Sunrise

Paradise is calling. Welcome to the most desired neighborhood of SWFL! Indulge in the epitome of relaxation and perfect location. This vacation villa is located near supermarkets, stores as well as restaurants. Boasting a spacious 2300 square foot of comfortable living space, this stunning villa offers the perfect blend of comfort and elegance.
Villa Cape Sunrise is located within walking distance to Cape Harbor with its shops, restaurants, and Marina. Cape Sunrise offers four bedrooms with two King size bedrooms, one Queen size bedroom and an additional room that features two bunk beds as well as two full bathrooms.
When opening the front door, one is greeted by an unobstructed view of the swimming pool and a large wall of sliding glass doors that will brighten up your home. The property has an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings and a split floor plan. The main bedroom is located to the left of the home with its own en-suite bathroom and patio access. The other 2 guests suites are on the right side of the home as well as the second bathroom which also has access to the pool and lanai. The kids' bunk bedroom is located next to the front entrance of the living room with garden views. The open floor plan which incorporates the dining space, living room as well as the large kitchen with the island as a center is great for family gatherings and entertainment.
Cape Sunrise offers a large outdoor patio with covered lanai for al fresco dining as well as a sitting area for relaxing and watching TV. The home has a propane Grill where you can enjoy your own BBQ. The easter facing pool offers you great sunrises and a beautiful garden view.
Wireless internet, and a washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.

Cape Sunrise truly has it all. With over four-hundred miles of canals, a plethora of restaurants, nature reserves, and nearby beach towns, this location offers a wide range of activities to suit every guest.

This home had it all - pool, bikes, helmets, clean, quiet neighborhood, convenient to everything. The house was spacious, very tastefully decorated, and the floor plan and bathrooms worked very well. The pool was clean and sparkling. We would give it a 9/10. The owners even made the garage accessible, which was very convenient for keeping the car cool. What would have made the stay a 10? If the owners provided soap/body wash/ shampoo in the showers, hand soap at all the sinks, and toilet paper (beyond the starter roll) in the bathrooms. We have stayed at several vacation homes and each one provided these basics, so we were surprised to find that this home did not. If the owners chose to do these things, or noted in the listing that no hand soap is supplied, we would have been better prepared. One other minor note - the home appears able to sleep 10, but there aren’t 10 washcloths combined in all the closets. If there had been 10 of us, we would have had to share washcloths, something we aren’t prepared to do. If you are seeking a gorgeous, quiet home with a pool, and are prepared when you arrive, this place gives you a rewarding and enjoyable stay.

Fantastic property in a great location. The house was beautiful and fully equipped with everything to make our stay perfect. Having the extra touches like the bikes, beach chairs & picnic bits meant we could make the most of the area. Very efficient and responsive to any query.

Family vacation 2022
This is our 3rd time back to Cape Coral. Our Family enjoyed the 2 1/2 week stay. The neighborhood is wonderful and we enjoyed riding the bikes all around. We also loved our daily trips to the French Press coffee shop at Cape Habor. Cape Coral is a quite place to relax and unwind from the fast pace of Life. The House was perfect size for our family and our girls loved the pool!!!
