This new, modern home features 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an oversized screened in Lanai with ample space to hang out, enjoy al fresco meals, sunbath and enjoy the saltwater pool & spa. The garage features a ping pong table and a corn hole game. For your convenience, there is free Wi-Fi (WLan).

SUMMER SPECIAL! Only $1,000/week plus cleaning, fees & taxes.

Guests have an electric allowance of $50/week or $150/month and only pay what they use more.
