"Had a lovely stay"

"My stay was excellent, from start to finish my customer service was first class. From the night porter checking me in to the receptionist taking my bag back to the car nothing was too much trouble. The service was so genuine I didn’t feel I needed to ask for anything the staff offered. From making my breakfast late because I had a flat tyre on my mobility scooter and couldn’t get to the restaurant, to calling the greenkeeper who looks after the golf buggies to try and fix the scooter tyre,...

"Lovely pool area and polite staff, unfortunately bins in the rooms had not been emptied from previous guests. Paid for late check out to use the pool area and would say this was worth it. breakfast fresh made and very good."

"We had a great night as a couple. In fact, one night wasn't enough to experience everything the resort has to offer. Would recommend the signature package if you want a quieter experience. Staff in all parts of the hotel we used were excellent. We will certainly return, in fact we were planning our next stay whilst lounging in the health club."

"Great location, nice clean hotel. Room was spacious enough and clean. Staff were all brilliant - really good quality customer service. Only negative was that the dining area was too small to cope with a full hotel at breakfast time, so recommend going for breakfast at unpopular times otherwise you will have to wait for a table."
