"The hotel was nice with very friendly staff and had great amenities however the room wasn’t thoroughly cleaned as there was dirt in the bath and we found lipstick stains on the glasses before we used them, there’s lots to do in the local area, however I would not recommend the hotel bar as £7.50 and for a old Mout cider and £19 for a gin and tonic is day light robbery "

"We booked two nights here and then read the reviews, some of which were pretty grim. That was not our experience. It suited our purposes, and we were happy with our stay. This is a golf club that has a few (9?) rooms, which it offers. As such, it is not a hotel so there isn’t a bevy of staff on hand 24/7 like a real hotel might have.
